Israeli raids resume despite the truce. UN and Red Cross appeals: “Tel Aviv has cut electricity, there is no water, risk of epidemics and environmental disaster.” New Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip, despite the truce in force: at least 4 victims in Netzarim and Rafah. The already dire situation of civilians worsens: after the closure of crossings and the blockade of aid, Israel has also cut off electricity.
